Order Processing

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After you place an order, you will receive two emails from us. The first will arrive shortly after you place your order, confirming that we've received it. The second will be sent after your order has shipped.
Orders received by Noon PST will be processed same day.  Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

Modifying your Order
If you wish to modify your order, please contact us toll free at 1-888-721-7994 or via email at customerservice@trigelle.com.  You may modify your order up until the time we ship out your merchandise.

Canceling your Order
We do not charge your account until we ship out your order, so you may cancel at any time before your items are shipped out. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us toll free at 1-888-721-7994 or via email at customerservice@trigelle.com.

Out of Stock Items
If the items that you ordered are out of stock, you will be contacted via email. We may also notify you of alternate colors and sizes if they are available.

Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs. Your card will not be charged until we ship your order.

Sales Tax
We only charge sales tax on orders being shipped to California addresses. Based on Constitutional guidelines for interstate commerce, states can only require companies to collect sales tax in states where they have business operations.

Coupon Codes
Only one coupon code can be redeemed per order. Free shipping codes can only be used on U.S. ground shipments. We cannot honor free shipping on international shipments.
Sale Prices/Promotions

Reduced prices cannot be applied retroactively to purchases made prior to the start of a sale or to purchases made after the end of a sale.  Coupons and other promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders. 

Returns/Exchanges Policy

Returns

Trigelle wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receipt.  The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. If the tags have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in anyway, the item will NOT be accepted back. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, we do not sell used merchandise.

Please call Trigelle’s customer service at our toll free number 1-888-721-7994 or email us at customerservice@trigelle.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We suggest you send the package by registered or insured mail since Trigelle is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. You are responsible for all shipping charges related to the return.  Clearly print your name, address, and RA # on the outside of the package. 

All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return credits take approximately five to seven days to process upon receipt of the item.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size then we will ship the exchange to you at our expense (does not apply to international orders). The item you would like to exchange for must be in stock and we must receive the original item (shipped to us at your expense) before we can ship out the new item. Returns for exchange are only accepted if they meet all criteria for an acceptable return. If you would like to exchange something then just send an email to customerservice@trigelle.com and we can hold that item for you until your return gets to us, if it is available. If the item is not available, we will credit your account and contact you via email.

**INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Due to the high cost of international shipping, free exchanges do not apply to orders shipping internationally.  We charge a discounted rate of $25.00 for shipment of exchanges for overseas orders and $10.00 for Canadian orders.

Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping - $15.00
Standard Ground - Typically takes 1-5 business days to receive your package from the time that it ships. We use either UPS Ground or the USPS.  Ground service only available on domestic orders.  No delivery on Saturday or Sunday.

We ship USPS Priority Mail for all Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico shipments.   This is a 3 day service. 

Express Shipping - $30.00
Overnight delivery the next business day by 3 p.m. to most US addresses; by 4:30 to rural areas. Since most orders ship the next business day you should receive your package 2 days after you place your order. No delivery on Saturday or Sunday. 
International Orders - $39.00
We ship to most countries using USPS Global Express Mail and usually delivery between 5-7 business days.  International orders may be subject to additional verification. To ensure expedited delivery fax us a copy of your identification and the credit card being used to 888-721-7994. International orders are not guaranteed to be shipped out the next business day.
Canadian Orders - $21.00
Orders are shipped via USPS Global Express Mail and usually deliver between 5-7 business days. Shipping rates do not include duties or taxes. 
PLEASE NOTE: International customers are responsible for customs and import duties.

International orders are subject to import duties and taxes, which are determined once your package reaches your country. Our shipping charge DOES NOT include these fees. Trigelle does not collect these duties and taxes and cannot determine what these particular charges will be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Trigelle will not reimburse shipping charges if the customer refuses to pay these duties.

Shipping Insurance - $4.00
Insurance is optional, but highly recommended.  We are not responsible for items lost through the postal service.  You must submit a claim to the carrier if orders were lost or damaged.  Please be aware that the maximum carriers will reimburse is $100 without insurance.
